Just received my table delivery, sadly our room isn’t ready so I didn’t opt for white glove service, the item was left wrapped up in my lounge as asked. The service I have received is faultless, from paying, booking/changing delivery, to the arrival day itself. A Professional, polite and happy pair of delivery men arrived just now. Thank you Sweet Pea and Willow keep up the good work

The quality of the product is good, but the delivery service has been awful. They called us just ten minutes before arriving at our place (after two weeks of me asking the online team to update us on the delivery). After having paid over £90 to get the white glove delivery option, the delivery guys initially refused to bring the items inside as it was not written on their delivery list. When I showed them the payment receipt, they finally agreed to bring the items inside. They opened the box containing a white armchair, as it was too big to enter the door, and brought it inside (clearly without white gloves as they left many stains on the white fabric). They also hit a door and ruined the frame while doing so. At the end they even asked "are you happy?" ...well, clearly not worth the money for the white glove delivery option! Poor poor quality service, not recommended

I had earlier in my career owned furniture stores & manufactured furniture so I would say I am not easy to sell furniture to. I am writing this review because my service experience was so exceptionally good. Emma in sales was fantastic she is knowledgeable, likeable & bends over backwards to make sure things go right. The delivery experience was great & I am still not sure how those 2 delivery guys managed to install a 170kg dining table top by themselves, they were unbelievably helpful & nice. Finally, Sweetpea & Willow I found to be the most competitively priced in the market for better quality furniture. I am not sure how they offer the pricing they do with that level of high service. If anyone is thinking I must be related to the owner you are wrong (I don’t know who they are). I do know the furniture business & there is a lot that can go wrong, so my advice is order from good people & Sweetpea definitely tick that box. Thank you Sweetpea & Willow, your beds, lights & dining table look fantastic in our holiday home in Provence.

Recently moved to our new home and needed to purchase new furniture for both our sitting room and dining area. Having previously purchased wonderful bedroom furniture from Sweetpea & Willow, researched their beautiful website and felt comfortable and confident in ordering our new furniture pieces by telephone. Dealt with Lucy who was so professional, helpful and personable throughout our telephone conversations. If we required guidance, Lucy had no hesitation in emailing additional ideas and was particularly patient during the whole process. All items of furniture were ordered and we look forward to taking delivery in the coming weeks. Thank you.
